Chinas Flooded GPU market

Germany recently has been having the same issue as china where top end graphics cards are plummeting in price. This is because of the governments restrictions and NVidia's restrictions. This as a result leads to people trying to sell of their cards cheaper. This will lead to china having the same issue Germany has where people are selling there cards below MSRP. This shouldn't lead over into the USA but has a chance to adjust the global price of these cards.
