My topic for this class will be automotive technology. This includes innovations for engines, transmissions, tire technology, infotainments, suspensions, battery technology for electric cars, hybrid systems and more. Although I plan to talk about both street car and motorsport technology, I am planning on focusing more on street technology (although both go hand in hand, especially for GT/TCR cars and Formula E). I'll try to keep the posts more grounded to reality as well (stuff that is in pre-production or that already exists and not wild concepts that may never come to fruition).
